Should you be lucky enough to be granted a wish then i suggest you choose it wisely. having the power to grant such wishes, you wouldn't believe the people who waste them on nonsense. Take your time and don't be tempted to wish for more wishes as that will obviously mean you are greedy and automatically struck off wishlists forever. Humans turn wishes into curses - be careful.

i would wish that my fiance was alive and well, me replacing him watching from above and smiling down on him hoping that one day he will find another who loves him a much as I do. Even though we did not manage to walk down the isle together it would be great to see him in all his glory with another.

That i could lose weight easy and keep it off, No, It would be that everyone would be nice to each other and no one will be speaken about or took the mick out of becuase of the way they looked and everyone would be happy and they would be no violence.
