Welcome to the "Ring of Fire"- actually, its part of the San Andrea's fault- starting out in Baja, California and runs heading north thru northern California, Oregon, Washington, Brittish Columbia, across Alaska thru the Alutian Chain of islands, across the Barrents sea, thru Japan, Okinawa, and continues south, making a big "Ring of Fire" hence the name.
