Pepper Spray?

About 3 days ago, i sprayed some pepper spray on my friends calve area, and he said he tried washing it off and everything and now, he said it still hurst, what should he do?

If he has sensitive skin he may have a chemical burn from the pepper spray and he may need to go to the doctor for treatment.

it should have stopped hurting. but why did you spray you friend with it?
