donate to the starving and needy children of the world. Also, how much time and personal resources they spend trying to find homes for the unwanted children of the world. Basically, for all the people who say abortion is wrong because there are people out there willing to help unwanted children, how many of them demonstrate this by putting their money where there mouth is?

Wow, you can really tell the thinkers from the intellectually challenged in these answers already!

For those who are wondering, I myself am pro-choice. I donate to the March of Dimes, St. Jude's children's hospital, and I work with kids with disabilities who are wards of the state.

I am pro-choice.

I take care of my cousin who was the result of a mother (my first cousin) convinced not to abort. He is five years old. She was around for maybe the first six months (everyday) and slowly drifted away. He has been in my care for almost a year and a half and his mother hasn't seen him since he came to live with my family. Actually, not even his biological grandparents or father has come to see him either.

In no means do I wish she would have gotten an abortion. I love my cousin like I do my son. He is my little ray of sunshine but I often wonder if I hadn't took him in, where would he be now?

I agree with your point entirely. I think that's very true. These people claim they are doing what is "right." They are entitled to their own opinion but they had better be able to back it up and help out.

Most of the pro life people I personally know are very involved with time and money in finding homes and families for the unwanted children and locating adoptive parents.

Many people spend lots of energy and resources helping poor and needy children. I am pro-life, too, but not to the point that I would ever judge a mother for her actions because I've never walked in her shoes.
This is a good question, though. I'll be interested to see what everyone else says.

I agree with your thought line which I'm sure is they don''t live in the real world lots of time and judge without really knowing the mothers situation. True it probably better if the pregnancy wasn't happening but none the less the situations are not good for a baby to come into. Please think tho of carrying the baby to term and adopting the baby to a home where they are able to care for it and get a new chance for your life. especially if you are very young and need to get more schooling. Good luck

I do. My church donates money (that is collected from it's members- myself included) to a world hunger fund. We collect money to go towards abortion alternative counseling. We have a volunteer system that works at Sav-a-Life (an agency here that helps pregnant mothers find other options besides abortion).

i donate by using birth control! and having my hubby in iraq helps too.

there are lots of people in this world that donate to stuff, OTHER than abortion.

do you give to the firefighters standing on a curb collecting money? thats helping,

do you give your last $10 to a homeless person who just needs food to survive the night? thats helping.

I do these things, not knowing if tomorrow i die, that i might go to heaven.

Abortion is wrong, unless MEDICALLY necessary.

Its wrong that women/girls go and have these done, just because they spread there legs to guys.

If a girl is rapped, thats a different story, but seriously, start taking responsibility for your own actions.

a question for you-- if every woman/girl had the baby that was aborted, gave them to people wanting to adopt, would there be any more people waiting to adopt?

something for you to think about

If you notice the kind of people that have abortions, you will also notice that 99.99% of them are unfit mothers and will only make their children grow up with many psychological problems and most likely become criminals.
