Just like everyone else: the sky begins where your physical reach ends.

Anyone can "reach for" the sky. no matter how tall. The statement does not include the parameter of "reaching" the sky, only to make an attempt. I thought one literal response would balance the answers...

Who told you height is an eligibility to touch the sky ? I am sure even 6'3" or 7'3" wont be able to touch the sky .
Its about making your dreams come true . Some dreams live on in time forever .Those dreams, we want with all our heart .And we do, whatever it takes .Put it all on the line.And when those dreams are realized we reach, higher .Just for one moment we touch the sky.Those days we rise above the stars.
Seeing more the higher we climb.

One way to look at it is that the sky is the atmosphere, and given that, you are standing in the sky.
