Well , dinosaur was pretty good, but they used live-action backround with CGI character animations so it wasn't entirely 3D. So I would say, Final fantasy advant children. even though their faces don't look entirely human, it's because they were making the transition from anime characters.

A 3D horror movie is the best! They should make more of these!

My favourite part was when the eye came flying out at you.

It has to be the first one I ever saw, the legendary "Spacehunter Adventures in the Forbidden Zone" starring Peter Strauss and Molly Ringwold. Ultimate 80's cheese.

I know that this may seem like a nerdy answer... but I saw "Aliens of the Deep" on a 10th grade Field trip... not bad! It shows the beauty of our ocean and the creatures inhabiting it.
