My Cinema professor attended UCLA film school and talks all the time about how great it was. He loved it! His degree is with an emphasis on direction and production.
Certainly film schools with good reputations can have a positive impact on your career development, however with film courses it far less valuable than it is for say, a law degree. In the film industry, it is talent and track record that will get you far, not your alumni status.
Unsurprisingly, the institutions with the best global reputations are predominantly in the United States:
University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) - http://www.tft.ucla.edu/index.cfm (Alumni: Stephen Burum ASC, Francis Ford Coppola, Danny DeVito, Tim Robbins, Paul Schrader, Penelope Spheeris, Jeff Margolis)
University of Southern California (USC) - www-cntv.usc.edu/ (Alumni: George Lucas, Irvin Kershner, John Milius, Robert Zemekis, Randall Kleiser, Les Blank, Laura Ziskin, Ron Howard, John Singleton, Dan O'Bannon, Michael Lehman, Phil Joanou.)
California Institute of Technology (CalTech) - http://www.hss.caltech.edu/humanities/undergrad/film-studies/
New York University (NYU) - filmtv.tisch.nyu.edu/page/home.html
(Alumni: Spike Lee, Martin Scorsese, Oliver Stone, Joel Coen, Martin Brest, Susan Seidelman, Joel Silver, Amy Heckerling, Chris Columbus, Billy Crystal.)
American Film Institute (AFI) - http://www.afi.com/ (Alumni: David Lynch, Terrence Malick, Jeremy Paul Kagan, Paul Schrader, Amy Heckerling, Tim Junter, Ed Zwick, Marty Brest)
These schools are located in the heart of the film and television industry. You will have greater opportunities for internships by going to one of these schools.
Outside of the US, only two institutions have been able to build similar reputations: the UK's National Film and Television School (NFTS) - http://www.nftsfilm-tv.ac.uk/ , and the Australian Film, Television, and Radio School (AFTRS) - http://www.aftrs.edu.au/.
There are of course many other fine institutions in other countries too – they just haven't managed to gain the same level of international reputation as these schools (yet). But since you asked,

the final movie faculties are placed in Mumbai. one is digital academy and the 2d is whistling woods worldwide. so a ways as this institute CRAFT is worried, i became in the Sound Recording and Audio Engineering batch of 2009-2010 at CRAFT Rohini Delhi. i desire to share my undesirable journey with you. first of each and every of the kit at CRAFT sucks. lots of the time it quite is out of order and in case you whinge to the director Mr. Naresh Sharma, he starts barking like a dogs at you and avoids the genuine subject. He would not have stable contacts in the movie marketplace. in actuality he has no contacts with the stable movie production residences in Mumbai. The batch earlier me, i.e., 2008-2009 sued him for not polishing off the syllabus. He became taken to customer courtroom for not protecting correct matters in the class. I easily have myself considered law enforcement officers coming to CRAFT. He makes use of abusive language each and every of the time. He in no way encourages his pupils. The direction batch of 2010-2011 shot their initiatives with a mic that did not also have a windshield. The sound high quality of their initiatives became completely knotted up. they won't instruct their initiatives to anybody because of this reason. The direction batch complained that for the time of his so reported as library (it is via the way only 2 cabinets of books) did not have a single movie direction e book. additionally the enhancing college Mr. Juneesh Kuriachan would not understand Avid utility and he's coaching this utility. The cinematography pupils from each and every of the three batches have in no way considered an Arriflex digital camera at CRAFT. All function length action pictures are shot on Arriflex. CRAFT is a waste of time and funds.
