I would just like to know what some of the best advice, or tips people have for becoming pregnant. I know everyone is different, and i know the basics of charting ovulation, I was just wondering if anyone has any other of their personal input as to how they conceived. If you could share that would be fantastic! My husband and I are in our second month of trying!Thank you!!

*Have sex during ovulation 12-16 days into your cycle.
*Sex every other day, so the sperm builds up.
*Missionary or doggy style postions.
*Don't drink, or smoke, take prenatal vitamins.
*After sex put a pillow under your but and put your legs in the air for 20-25 minutes to allow the sperm to stay inside you.
Hope this helps.

First, don't get frustrated that it's been a few months and you're still not pregnant. It takes most people several months, sometimes a year to become pregnant. If it's been over a year and still nothing, consult with your doc.

Second, make it fun. When you have sex for pleasure, there is less pressure than when you're trying to make a baby. Instead of enjoying each other, it can become a chore.

Third, don't listen to people that say "have sex in the morning only" or "have sex upside down" and crap like that. Advise like that is not valid, any doctor will tell you so. Every other day after your last menstrual period, or at least 3 times a week, will get you where you need to be.

Lastly..... can't think of anything else. LOL The rest I'd have to say is about charting temps, which is how I was able to pinpoint when I ovulate and became pregnant that way. If you are already doing that, keep up the good work, and maybe invest in an ovulation test kit just to make sure that you truly are ovulating.

LOTS OF LUCK!

My husband and I tried for 7 months. Even though it's not a long time, I was becoming very frustrated. I tried charting ovulation, and taking my basel temp. I finally decided to buy a fertility monitor. I bought the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor, and I got it new on Ebay for half the price. (normally $200) and thirty test sticks (normally $50). Turns out I was ovulating an entire WEEK EARLIER than what all the ovualtion calanders were telling me. We got pregnant the first month using it!!! It tells you when you are Low, High or Peak fertility. I would highly recommend it!!

These will not be prescribed by way of a health care provider, however here is a couple of matters I used to be informed to do and it labored two times! Try sexual positions in which the person is on best and your pelvic field is slanted for effortless entry for the sperm to swim closer to the egg. After sex hold your hips up for 15 to half-hour, until you're susceptible to UTI. Some say even doing the bicycle together with your toes up within the air is helping the sperm to get to the egg. You would possibly suppose intercourse day-to-day or a couple of occasions an afternoon will support your odds, however an excessive amount of intercourse could make your guy's sperm, good, now not as 'competent' for the travel. Sperm can reside for as much as three days within of you, so, simple out and useful, have intercourse a couple of days earlier than your ovulation and a few days after and in among...your certain to finish up pregnant very quickly! Good success!

Stop charting, and have sex every other day (more if you want, but that's 'enough').

You are not considered to have a fertility problem unless you have sex every other day for a full year without pregnancy.

My wife became pregnant both times within 3 months. I don't know that position makes a big differance, but I believe the first time, and certainly the second, she was flat on her stomach, face down, with me on top of her from behind. That wasn't really to enhance fertility though, it was just that with all the sex she started complaining I was taking too long to finish and that's my favourite so it was the quickest ... hey, it worked though. And maybe it is a good one for semen-cervix contact.

You are already aware that to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Well, relaxation is one of the keys to getting pregnant. What I meant is that thinking about becoming pregnant while having sex makes you tense and the result you are looking for may not happen. Relax, enjoy it and look for fun places to have sex, i.e. in the bathroom, the kitchen, one for the road, just enjoy. Sneak upon him and have it.
Best of all check yourselves out medically to make sure there is no medical problem.

Have sex every single day! After you're done, lie in bed for at least 30 minutes.
