How many people here are writing a book? If so, what kind?
Currently, I'm working on a fantasy novel for submission next year.

Great, I will look forward to it. I would have loved to do something like that in my youth, but since then I have read more than 565,000 books of which I would say more than half were fantasy. And I am still going strong. Happy writing, researching and reading! Don't lose hope with the publisher's and keep submitting. When you are down, look at Matthew Reilly's biography at his website. Then perservere!

I'm writing a book about flying a WWII era fighter plane around the world. It's sort of St. Exupery meets Zane Grey. A little adventure, a little philosophical musing. I have a lead to an e-book publisher. We'll see...

i am currently writing a thriller/romantic book. It is about the devil, and stuff like that, but with a romantic side to it as well.
