i dont wanna issue credit card but i need credit card numbers without any risk?

many softwares are not freeware, they demand for a registration key and to get that registration key we must hav credit card. anybody plz help me how to get credit card number to be a member of some websites and to DOWNLOAD OR BUY FULL REGISTERED VERSION OF SOFTWARES ????
