Coz of report happy people, as you move up lvls you collect the odd dumb violation. These accumilate to the point where you think hell ain't gonna lose my account over this.
Also like me when you get unlimited q/a's at lvl 5 that chase for the nxt lvl go's n the novelty wears off and you drift away.
