You need to do something that will make you sweat, get your heart rate up, and get you breathing heavy. You need to do that at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes a day. Also, do some exercises for your tummy, like sit-ups. If they are hard to do, try doing them on your bed with a pillow behind you, at first. You can start off doing 10 a day, every day, and work up to 40 or 50 a day. I was a cheerleader throughout school and had to do some running, jumping jacks, jump rope, push ups, crunches, squats, and stretching to get in shape to keep up with the others. You'll feel great, look great, and be ready for next years tryouts!

Running sports are generally the best.

I have been told too that if you laugh 15 minutes straight a day for a week, you'll lose 10 pounds.
