i finally sent him a message asking if he had feelings for me,he didnt answer,when i saw him next he kept looking.i sent him another message asking,he answered saying it's so hard 4 him to answer coz i'm like his little sis and he has been trying 2 act normally

He might like you. Try talking to him in person. He might not want to say anything in writing or over the phone.
Or it could just be nothing and you're being paranoid.
