You may remember Madonna's hit song and how much controversey it stirred up in the 80s. I consider myself a spiritual person after a long and arduous search in college, but I can see Madonna's argument, even if it is presented in her song as a "devil's advocate" argument rather than a real statement about herself. Of late, a young, very pretty waitress at a local grille remarked, I hope sarcastically, that "men are just glorified wallets". Is there truth in this statement for you?
