Cheney and Rumsfeld. They control the nitwit Bush whose brain is fried by years of drugs and Alchol They didn't get to accomplish what they wanted to do in Vietnam and the Middle East has so much oil. Guess the words you stated all fit but I think the most important is dangerous demi-gods.
