I'm hoping for something around 70 dollars that can hold 100-500 songs. But the more songs it holds the better.

I would recommend looking on eBay or somewhere where you can get used mp3 players.
I got my iPod photo for 70 dollars, and it has a 30G hard drive, so it holds 7,500 songs..
if you can find an iPod cheaply, I would say that you should get it over any other mp3 player, just because of convenience. And they're pretty.

Remember, not the more songs it holds, the better it is. Dont go for infamous brands, which will give you poor audio quality and durability. Consider Sony and Creative first. Ipod Shuffle isnt so bad.

Creative zen touch. They are a lesser known brand but give you the same thing for a fraction of the money. They are also much more user friendly.

I got mine from CFGear, I am not sure exactly how many songs it'll hold total but I have not filled it yet. It was only $30 but sounds pretty good.

u can look 4 mass storage devices, (they connect on USB port of a PC), hav memory as well as can play mp3 songs. many varieties, and cost depending upon memory matters
but it is really very much cheaper that wat u asked 4

The Samsung product line, in my oponion is very good, i have not had any problems nor have other people I know that have a samsung
