I need the translation of two poems into modern English:"The Lady of Shalott" by Alfred Tennyson, and "to his Coy Mistress" by Andrew Marvel. Can anyone please help?

"To His Coy Mistress" is IN modern English, if in its Elizabethan form. You don't need a translator, just the Cliff's notes. Here's all I remember:
1) "Till the conversion of the Jews..."--Christians believe that near the end of the world the vast majority of Jews would convert to Christianity, there this means "till the end of the world."
2) "Time's winged chariot, drawing ever near..." This is an image of the Grim Reaper swooping down. I forget the exacts of it, but this's what my proff' told me.
3) The thing about the worms tasting her virginity--If she didn't lose her virginity to him (the entire poem is an attempt to seduce a maiden, by the way), well, the worms would have it after she was dead.

If you want to print the text of the poems, I am pretty good at converting into modern English.

I believe that you will quite lose the poetic-ness of these poems in modern English. You just need a good dictionary to define the words you don't know. They have power in their original form.
