Gmail is a new kind of webmail, built on the idea that email can be more intuitive, efficient and useful. And maybe even fun. Since Gmail got started, people have been spreading the fun through invitations. So if you want an account, just ask someone you know with Gmail to invite you.
after sign in there , you can go to Gmail help , and Find to how to setup your pop accsess

You can use Google GMail. Their standard account gives you 2GB of storage and free POP3 email access so you can use it from Outlook.

go to mail.google.com for more info. If you need a gmail invite, just email me and I will send you one.

Good luck
