I'd have to find out where abouts it hurts to say.
But its most likely bruising, possibly on the inside, so you wouldnt see anything on your skin.
It could be a sore muscle, but just incase, get it checked.
If you havent had anything else like, sore neck, sore legs, weakness in those areas, it wouldnt be too serious.

Hi as with back problems you should get them checked out because as it could heal a little it may cause you otherback problems it later life. It could just be a little bruising but you never know. Either make an appoinment at the doctors or go up to A&E if it is causing you to much disconfort.

It's always better to check. The worst that can happen if there's nothing wrong is that you've taken 5 minutes of the doctor's time.
The worst that can happen if there's a real injury, however, could be a pain that gets worse and worse over the years so, get it seen to and put your mind at ease one way or the other.
(I hope everything's alright!)

that really hurts, you might have a bruised disk, I many years ago i fell down a flight of steps backwards and I had a bruised disk, But if you get checked out, they will only give you tylenol for pain and you will be laid up for a couple of days, Thats all they do, then they push you into going to a back doctor when you are better, and stuff, its up to you

Our rule is this:
If you're not bleeding, swelling, or limping, it will probably get better.
You probably just got bruised.
Does it hurt to breathe? If so, you might have a cracked rib. Doctors don't usually do anything for that except tell you about it. (If they can even see it on an xray).

You're fine, take some pain medicine, maybe get your friend or someone to give you a massage and you should be good.

I'd get it checked. Lots of people don't like to 'bother' their doctor, but I think it would give you peace of mind.
