I know that the element form at the electrode it is oppositely attracted to. But I dont know which is negative and which is positive. Help me out?

The lead ion is positively charged, so it will form at the cathode. The cathode attracts cations and the anode attract anions.

cathodes are positive and anodes are negative. lead would form at the anode.
