Yes, you should tell them how you feel. When I was younger I remember having the same problem with my best friend which was c and her new friend was e. haha. but I told her that I felt like she didn't want to be friends anymore, which wasn't true at all. She she told me to start hanging out with e. And now c and e are my best friends and i couldn't live with either. So you should talk to b and maybe get to know c. But if that doesn't work you may be growing apart from b and that's okay because that happens sometimes. You shouldn't worry about it too much though. I'm sure b is still friends with you.
Good Luck.

Well communication is very important in a relationship you have, from work to best friends and even a married life. So if you two no longer feel comfortable being around each right now. Just relax and let time work it out don't force the issue.

If C was ur best friend, then C should still be ur best friend! Best friends stick together through everything. If they dont, then they really werent ur "best friend", were they? All of u should be friends. Just cause C & B are hanging around each other more than w/u, dont mean u should feel the way u do!
Start hanging w/them both!

I think you should tell c how you feel but i dont see any reason why you should be mad at c or b. just call her up and see if the two of you or even the three of you want to hang out. just hang in there and im sure things will go through for you guys. hope i helped!!!

Dont be angry at anybody. Friendships are born and sometimes they die or fade a little. Invite them both out somewhere, maybe youll see why C likes B so much and maybe youll be good friends with her, too. Invite just C out somewhere. Theres nothing wrong with telling C you feel slighted that it seems all of a sudden your not that close but try not to sound to needy.

Best friends always find their way back to each other. I think you should tell her so she can understand you and your needs.
We can't force people to be our friends and certainly not best friends. GIve her some space and Dont be so desperate.
SOmetimes we have to admit that our best friend is not always gonna have us their best friend.
Got to know C ...maybe you have more common things with C than you know.
it's a sad thing to lose a friend without telling them how you feel.

I'd definitely talk to C to let her know how you feel about all this, but on the flipside you should also accept that she's entitled to become closer to someone else if she so chooses. In that case go out and meet someone else; people become closer to some people and more distant to others for all kinds of reasons.
