depends on the carrier but it can range from two dollars to $30. a month and you must have a phone that is capable of handling wifi...

Wifi refers to a specific type of internet connection. If your phone had it you would be able to get on the internet for free at most large libraries, virtually all hotels, all univeristys, and possibly your own home if your already for regular internet service.

The oyster does not have this type of connection. If you want internet you have to pay for it all the time.
