No one legally has the right to stack anything on your garage...I would assume your property line is at least a few feet from your house...This would mean he's actually on your property, as well as leaning against your garage. Tell him you're contacting the authorities if he doesn't move it.

what kind of wood? Firewood or new building material? Doesn't really matter. If the neighbor's wood is an eyesore, hazardous, or if you simply don't want it on your property, tell the neighbor politely (one time) to remove it. If they don't, put a sign in your front yard _ FREE WOOD

Have you contacted the neighbor and told him of your concerns?
At least leave a note [friendly] [[honey is better then vinegar]].
If all else fails then call the officials in, it should be a fire hazard anyway..

Look in your phone book, under the government section, for City of........then look under Public Works Dept., then illegal dumping, Or look under Police Dept. Neighborhood services. At least that's what our City has. Then give them a phone call.
