How do you know for sure that the relationship was homosexual. Do you have proof such as kissing, hugging, etc. Did you see the two of them at a place where homosexuals are known to frequent. Before you get involved make sure that you have all the facts---everything is not as it seems. And if you answered yes to the above questions I would definitely say something to my sister who I know that you love and care about. The "down-low" life stlye is very real. These men say they are not gay, and honestly believe that the behavior they display has nothing to do with homosexual desires. It is far better to "warn" your sister now, and give her the proof than to wait for her boyfriend to confess. In most situations they do not confess. (My best male friend is a practicing homosexual who has talked with me on several occasions about the down-low lifestyle).

Oh my goodness and that sucks! What a horrible predicament. I would definately tell him that I know and he has 24 hours to come clean or I will air out his laundry for him! I could care less if he's gay, but I'm sure my sister being his girlfriend and all would be slightly miffed. How do you know he is having an affair? And if you know for sure, how come you don't know who it's with? And if you know he's having an affair and who it's with, then why is it a big deal that he was with a man, unless he was all hugged up with the guy and making out or whatever gave you the inclination that he's the one he's having an affair with or are you saying there's 2 people that he's having an affair with and now one of them is a man or are both of them men?

I would say something to the boyfriend first. Let him know what you suspect or know and that he is to tell your sister or break it off with her or you will tell her. If the boyfriend doesn't voluntarily tell your sister, then you should by all means TELL HER. Maybe you can tell her in a way -- like -- I need to tell you something Sis, please do not think I am trying to do you wrong in any way, but I saw your boyfriend in a gay action (or whatever proof or comment where you know for sure that he is gay) She is your sister and family. She has right to know and should know what she could possibly be facing.

What was he doing with the man ? Was he having sex with him or did he just give the guy a hug ? It could be he is good friends with your sisters boy friend and what you saw does not mean he is gay. Before you say something that might not be true be sure of what you saw.

You must be very sure that what you've seen is what you think it is. Until you have prof you should say nothing. If you are wrong you will look very foolish and your sister will never speak to you again. Plus her boyfriend will make your life a living hell. Get real prof, hire a private investigator or something. I hope your wrong for your sisters sake.

First you have to be sure about what you saw. Could there have been ANY mistakes.

I think you have to tell. Here is the short list of people you tell. Brother, sister, best friend.

Tell your sister.
My ex hubby was gay and friends and family knew and I didn't .. Horrible being the last one to know. Given the scare with AIDS and HIV this is nothing to keep to yourself

Tell your sister right away and go with her to be tested for hiv and all the std's she can be tested for!!!! Tell her the facts because you don't say if you just saw him with another man or if you saw him in a compromising position that can't be mistaken for anything other than a sexual relationship!!!!

Maybe it was just a friend . But why don't yo ask him ? Just when guys meet up with other guys does not mean they are gay.
