How do you feel? No one likes to watch anyone cry. Or pout or whine for that matter. If someone tells you it's not your fault they are doing it for two reasons. 1. Because they want you to feel better and 2. They don't want to see you upset. But if it's something you do feel strongly about being an issue for you, let your feelings show in private, don't let it burden others. If the situation wasn't a big deal then it obviously isn't a big deal to them either, so just let it go and move on with your life. Life is about living, don't let depression or time that cannot be rewound stop your or slow you down. My best friend died a few years ago and he always said "Live life to the fullest." Life goes on and everyone who loves your or loved you would want your life to go on to. Peace

Honey you did not give enough detail, i think it is because you are crying now, its okay if someone says this to you relationship wise move on and be glad they did not string you along and cause you more hurt and tears than you are crying now. They cared and thought enough of you to let you know most people do not respect you enough to do this, its not as bad as it seems. Put on your best alfit and go treat yourself to a movie and dinner afterwards its fun and gives you back your independence. Don't cry! Dry your eye!

I never allow anyone else outside myself to force me into feeling anything. Nor do i blame them when I do decide to.
"You teach people how to treat you." and you are responsable for your own actions and emotions.
If everyone understood that... their would be a lot less crying and a lot more sex...
