Check your phone book under government listings. You may have to look under the county you live in. For instance, I live in Newnan, Coweta County. I look under "C" for Coweta County, then find the sub- that says Health Department. Some areas also have planned parenthood centers, and your health department may be able to tell you where this is.

There is a health department in every city / county. Check your phone book for a phone number and / or address.

I would go to http://www.plannedparenthood.org/ ...you can find out your near location. They also give out free condom in case you need some. They also have programs there to help you or guide you on whatever you need.
