I'm dealing with the same thing, I have a Thoroughbred gelding named Scotty who is registered as Northern Ransom but I'm not going to show him as that. I've been watching the Horse Racing TV channel for names, but haven't gotten. What I've done is thought of a word that I like, and then play ith it as much as I can. My horse is also a Hunter. For your horse, maybe do something with Chrome in the name, because of the white. That's popular in the Hunter ring now, and so are alcohol related names.

We breed Welsh Ponies and Cobs for showing. We always use our prefix but try to choose something catchy. Our best get names like:Top..., Touch of Class, First Choice etc. Something that describes a true winner. If you are jumping maybe something like High Roller Colby or Colby's Top . . .

i cant think of anything to do with the name Colby, but how about 'flaming snow.' flaming for the bright chestnut body, and snow for the white stockings. or 'bright and blazing' (im al for the fire thing), 'running free, jumping high' or 'filecinatly (fil-es-ent-ly)' or 'floresent flame.'
i no, none of them r that good, but then again, i dont have a show horse, with a proper showy name.
