Being overweight cannot effect the result of a pregnancy test because thin or fat u will still have the HCG hormone in your body, but if you are trying for a baby and are overweight it would be a good idea to try to lose some weight because not only will it improve your chances of getting pregnant it will also make it safer for you and the baby while you are pregnant
Good luck x

It shouldn't do because it measures the amount of a certain hormone in your body that is increased when you are pregnant.
A pregnancy test can say negative but be wrong, but apparently a pregnancy test will never give a positive result and be wrong. So, basically no matter what your size, if a pregnancy test says you are pregnant then you are!

Definitely not...however, being overweight can introduce several risks into your pregnancy such as preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. Everyone has a chance of developing these but overweight women have an increased chance...

i don't think that weight has nothing to do with your pregnancy pet. but of you have diabetes it could likely affect it.and if your overweight then it might take longer to find the baby's heart beat.don't worry but go and see you gp if your worried and big up if you pregnant it'll be the best thing ever!!

I don't think so but it can affect how long it takes to hear the fetal heartbeat for the first time.
