NO. but u can either go to a pot that is 2-4 inches bigger or u can cut one third of the roots off with a very sharp knife and repot it back in the same pot withmore soil in the bottom of the pot

Yes of course you can if the plant has no roots your best bet would be to first make sure that the plant has a joint, these are the sections that have leaves growing out of them every few inches or so. Then remove the leaves from the lower part of the plant. Then put it into a vase with water in it. and watch your plant grow roots.
for best results dip your cuttings in rootone a powder that promotes growth. and make sure that no leaves sit under water. they will rot and stink really bad.
