Prevent Cold Feet

Brides to be do often get 'cold feet'. I think that's a normal thing. So don't stress that one. If you're wondering if you've made the right choice and if you will still love him after you've lived together several years that too is normal. Now if you are seriously ( I mean seriously ) worried about whether or not the two of you are compatible you might want to postpone the marriage for a while until you feel more comfortable with making such a long term commitment. Talk it over with him and without hurting his feelings, tell him the truth. Love, trust and honesty are essential to a successful marriage.

So..
I'm a medical researcher. Neuropathy is not a single disease instead, it is a complication found in a number of different underlying medical conditions. Seek medical care right away if you notice any unusual tingling, weakness or pain in your hands or feet. Early diagnosis and treatment offers the best chance for controlling your symptoms and preventing further damage to your peripheral nerves. If your symptoms interfere with your sleep or you feel depressed, your doctor or pain specialist may be able to suggest treatments that can help.

A good natural program I recommend to help you cure your neuropathy can be found here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=569
Have a nice day

Hi, i do not think that this will help you medically but it may help i am a skier so i know that you can buy heated socks for your ski boots and i think you can buy just the heat things also to put in your socks you could try this? This will help medically but personally it sounds like a circulation problem go get some Riki done and it may help also by fixing the blockage.

Go get it checked out with your doc.

I get terrible circulation in my feet because of a back condition i have and altho i've had a procedure to increase the circulation in the left leg, and it worked a treat, they can't do it on the right one. something to do with not knowing how the side effects affect women. anyway the result is a nice normal left foot and a right foot where most of the time, even in the height of summer, i can't feel my toes!

Oh and go to www.lakelandlimited.com they have slippers where you can microwave the insoles and they keep your feet toasty!

Definitely bad circulation, find some exercises which just involve moving the feet and toes, see if this can generate capilorous growth in the feet, leading to a better blood supply

Cold feet is a common condition that affects many patients from all walks of life. The body responds to cold temperatures by reducing the blood flow to the extremities leaving the feet vulnerable. Chronic cold feet are often a result of impaired circulation (peripheral neuropathy) and lack of mobility. Patients with Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Arthritis and Cerebral Palsy are at risk of this condition.
