how many days before your period does your temp go down?

I know it drops right before your period, but is it the day before or three days before or an hours before or what??? lol

Usually the day before or the day of your period it drops. I chart every month and just hate to see that drop!

Mine drops the same morning or the previous evening or something.

SHOULD BE 1-3 DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR BODY.
