Shiny objects, mirrored windows or bright lighting people at night should be outlawed on vehicles - ALL vehicles.
I've ended up in the ER on more than one occasion with a migraine caused by the sun glinting off mirrored windows, mud flaps, ornaments, etc., and bright lights.
OR
Parents should discipline their children by spankings. My parents spanked me, as theirs did them, and on back through the generations. Take a look at youth offender rates in the past 100 years. You will find they increased dramatically about the time Dr. Spock said "don't spank..." and the laws started changing saying we can't spank. It gets worse every year. If parents were allowed to spank, and schools were allowed to spank, there would be less children committing crimes, then less adults committing crimes, then less of their children committing crimes.... It's a vicious circle.
Child safety laws are needed, but we went from one extreme to the other and now our young people have absolutely no values to fall back on when making the decision to commit a crime or not. Hey, if they broke a law or the rules of the house and school and there were no consequences, they figure, why not do the same now?
Besides, how would Dr. Spock be an expert not having raised any children of his own?

I would mass sterilize the entire population and make it mandatory that in order to have the process reversed individual couples seeking to have children would be forced to undergo a battery of health and I.Q. tests to be approved for reproduction.
They would also be required to have employment and financial resources that would enable them to care for the child on an individual basis rather than depending upon one another for a source of income. According to my law you would be unfit to have a child otherwise.
I would also require that either:
1.) Marriage be kept in churches and casinos where it belongs.
or
2.) Should marriage be kept as an institution, homosexuals share in the same rights and privileges and divorce be made illegal. A gun would be issued along with the marriage license and should one of the couple decide that they were unsatisfied with the marriage either shoot themselves or shut up. According to my law if you make the oath: "Till death do us part." You had ******* well better mean it.

Institutionalization worldwide that religious morals do not constitute legislation, neither are enforceable outside the particular religious community, anywhere whatsoever.
Apologetics of Xenophoby, racism or religious hate punishable by expatriation, Declarations of ethnocentrism (such as we are the best, the other peoples are below us) equiparable to the above listed.
Creation of an international tribunal to watch over world leaders specifically about this issue, with enough power to call to a popular vote to impeach the leader.

A politician must pass a moral and ethical code test approved by a concensus of the voting public. They should also be required to take a psychological evaluation to determine if they are competent or not.

I would put birth control in the drinking water supply.
I would require people to make application for the antidote.
Prozac in the water isn't a bad idea either!

all child offenders, upon release from prison, would have to spend at least ONE YEAR in a board-and-care in the MIDDLE OF THE DESERT, away from the general population and CHILDREN. this way they can adjust back to society without being exposed to children in neighborhoods first and ENDANGERING THEM!
