If u have a problem just dont use it. I think it is deleted automatically if not used for 6 months or so. But yahoo is great. Why u want 2 delet it. See u found an answer for ur Q on yahoo. It is very helpfull.

This is easy. In the search for questions box type in "account deletion" and it will take you to old questions on this topic. Click on the question second from the top with the link and it will take you to the page to delete. Go down to account deletion on the page and inter your password and it will be closed.
