I think its a stereotypical myth...I dont see how preferring chicken can be a bad thing, I know hispnanics love chicken too, Im half hispanic so I know, doesnt everyone.

just dumba** people stereotyping. I will tear up some chicken and I am as white as they come. People like what they like, it doesn't have anything to do with race. it is probably more to do with where people live, I am in the South. We like tea so sweet it is like syrup, collard greens with fat back, fried green tomatoes, etc.

they are juicy, tendery, and taste good, but for like me, Im Asian I'll get sick of eating it because the skin, and too much white meat it'll be hard to chew and it'll be like eating peanut butter and it wont go down your throat. Sometimes it'll taste salty I hate that.
