You can die from that.....according to a commercial I saw, if you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours you should go to the emergency room.

If you have one over 4 hours .. it can be serious. ( That is also what they warn about in the ED commercials.) Anything over 4 hours and you should check in to the nearest emergency room. No joke. Good Luck! :)

Well, if you took some sort of medication/drug to get one, and it's been over 4 hours, head for the hospital. They will have to cut the vein for it to go down.

i doubt it. it should reduce upon ejaculation. if you are using any type of male enhancement drug or natural enhancement products, that may be the problem. a penis restraint (c**k ring, strap) will keep the blood engorged as well. release anything from your penis. if not, then i would consult with a physician.
