Can the world be ruled by an international police and save the world from wasting so much on weapons as well as makeing it a safer place to live?
If we feel appaled about so much money spend on weapons and so nothing on the needy and the poor, can we do something?
Shall we instead just say " This world of ours is just crazy".!
I mean If the world can spend $530 on weapons it certainly has the capacity and the means to improve so much the poors life and the needy and in the mean time make life safer for themselfes as well.
(Do happy people give you discomfort when u walk in street?
To me the needy do give me discomfort!
I would like to know more points of views about this one!

Vote Libertarian.

(Well, you did ask what you could do, and I told you. We don't have a ban on political opinion, do we?)

We could spend all the money we wanted on charity, but it would never stop the starvation, the corrupt, etc etc.
We try to feed those in the Sudan now, but the muslim govt will not allow the food through. In Africa, where aids has made millions of orphans, some countries still refuse to even accept that aids is a medical problem. The state says to treat it with herbs and such. You can't change that unless those countries get with the times, and that isn't likely.

What you speak of is a perfect world, and we will never have that! It's nice to think that everyone could follow the same rules and play nice, but that's not how it works. International policing would be a terrible idea. Even though it sounds good, there will be some who will go outside and make their own rules. I feel sorry for the poor, but I think everyone needs to do their part, whatever they can contribute (time, money, etc.). We all have to work together.

The French and British did the missile strikes. The U.S. presented logistics with warships in the sea off the Libyan coast. What a shame we helped the Libyans deliver down Quadaffi, and purely 3 years after George Bush invited him to the White homestead, and Donald Trump presented to allow him pitch his tent at a clean Jersey buddy's place till the Jewish community made a fuss, then Quadaffi slept someplace else.

Buying weapons creates jobs. Charity creates dependence. If a person gets something for free they are less inclined to do for themselves. I do not include the disabled, the mentally ill, or the short term hardship, but if someone is poor and they can get things for free, then they won't try to better themselves.

Unfortunately, the situation you describe will be when the "beast" of Biblical lore comes to power. The UN fancies themselves as this power and so do some Democrats such as John Kerry.
