When it's not hurricane season.
Try booking reservations at http://Luxe.worldventures.com They search all the other main sites like Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity, hotel and airline sites and offer you the lowest price. You’ll save even more when you book it as a package like air and hotel together.

Anytime. hurricane season is from June1st to Nov 1st. It's not really as bad as people think and you would have the benefit of less crowds.
December and January are the most popular months. The weather is absolutely beautiful and yes, you should still be able to go on the beach during these months. Summer is extremely hot, not just hot, heavy. so water activities are a must at summertime. but luckily you will not run out of exciting water stuff to do. Hotels always have special summer rates, too. The Bahamas is paradise all the time.
I hope this helps.

I wouldn't travel to the Bahamas during Jan, Feb or even early March. Have you ever heard of someone going to Florida and them saying "We had a great time, but the weather was a bit cooler than we thought it would be". This is the Bahamas to during this time of year. It isn't that you would go and it is cold it's just not the temps most likely you will think there will be. So I would go end of March, April or May to the Bahamas.

I just think overall you will enjoy your stay much more. If there is anything I can do to assist you with your travels please feel free to email me and I can give you my contact info.

I've been there in June, July, and am going next week. June and July were great, but very crowded since school is out. The weather was great, and although it did rain everyday, it was never more than a 1/2 hour sun shower in the mid-afternoon. We stay at Atlantis every year - I highly recommend it. You can rent a timeshare from somone (we use Ebay) for an amazing rate, and have so many comforts of home right at yor disposal (kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table, separate bedroom and living areas). Anyway, I am going next week (October 8th) and expect it to be great. The weather is reported to be in the upper 80's, and although it's likely that it will rain everyday, the hotel states it's nothing major - just sun showers. The airfare was extremely low too since everyone is afraid of the hurricane season. I am anticipating October to be great - less crowds, less expense, and beautiful weather.

November to May, i.e. out of hurricane season. Unfortunately, this is the most expensive time too, so you'll have to weigh expense against convenience. Avoid August and September, when it tends to be very hot and still and mosquito ridden (although that didn't happen this year, for some reason!)

Generally most times, with the exception of the hurricane months.

Just check if you are taking a cruise, gets kinda ruff at sea.
