I say neither. Both types mentioned above tend to be on the flimsy side and can be painful (even the fuzzy) as they exert a lot of pressure on the wrists, where some important nerves and blood vessels are located. Nothing ruins a romantic moment like numbness or gangrene.
The best kind are handcuffs made out of a less-rigid material, such as leather. They present the least amount of discomfort, and nothing says "I love you" like the pleasant sensation of having one's hands cuffed behind the back while your partner has their fun with you. ;-)
