4 his bday u get him a present and the way he says thanx is with a hand shake...what does this mean? i mean we've hugged and stuff b4 and now..idk its different..help me please

Maybe it depends on the gift you got him. He obviously feels uncomfortable for some reason. If it wasn't an intimate gift (which might make him feel uncomfortable) perhaps it's his feelings for you. I wouldn't try too hard to analyze it. Forget the handshake and continue with your friendship as before. Maybe it will lead to something more, maybe not.

3 years? Time for a Change would be my choice! Just like my furniture I get tired of things so every 3rd year almost everything is gotten rid of or exchanged for something else. Same for any person time for change every 3rd year unless I find a soul mate! Who'd get tired of a soul mate?

maybe there was a girl there that he was attracted to and didn't want her to think that you two were togather.
