Just wondering as I am always exhausted and most people, like me, work over 40 hours per week. I want to have kids soon and I am too tired to come home and cook dinner and clean for just my husband and I..I can't imagine doing this with kids. I give credit to those who do it well! So I wonder who decided on 40 hours a week? I think this is why America is so tired, burnt out and cranky and families break up! I don't mean to sound lazy, but from a family perspective, a parent/spouse spends a majority of life working, not spending time with family. It works in Europe to take time off during the day and to have "holiday", why can't it work here? I am sure it's because the world is so f-ing competitive. Just my humble opinion.

Back in the day you might have a 80 hour work week with Sundays off only. The 40 hour week is related to child labor laws. They used to work kids all day and night, so they came up with the 40 hour work week. I sympathize with you, I have a small baby and work a 40 hour week and know how exhausting it can be. Have kids if you have help only.

i'd say it really is amazingly good, till you opt for to compete at a suitable factor. good pastime. I play hockey, skate 5 days a week, %. take care of and shoot (pucks 7 days a week) and do off ice workouts each day (entire of about 2 hours in accordance to day). keep your knees bent and head up. no longer a foul theory to get some tiny knee pads and elbow pads. That a lot skating you'll fall proper?

Whoever invented it was LAZY. There are 12 hours of daylight in a day and six days to work. AS it stands by this and it is the correct way to work, you would only be working half a day every day. You only need one day to rest which should be plenty to rest up. Hope this helps and answers your question.
