Hi, I'm writing a research on prime numbers, and I'm looking for current issues and/or theorical, practical work surrounding them.

I'm having trouble looking for information on the web, so if you could please help me out. I would be very thankful.

The relationship of prime numbers to the Zeta Function. This involves a major unresolved mathematical question, namely, the Riemann Hypothesis. There are several books recently published on the subject (Stalking the Riemann Hypothesis by Dan Rockmore and and The Music of the Primes by Marcus du Sautoy).

Not sure what level of research you are wanting, but as far as I know the main issues in primes is discovering new ones and trying to find a pattern to finding new ones (not all primes, since that has already been ruled impossible, just finding say a,b,d,h,l, etc.).
