To me it's like the build up of when you have to sneeze but the sneeze keeps alluding you and then the feeling of pleasure and relief when you finally sneeze.

It feels like a build up of pleasure and joy that you don't want to ever stop, then it peaks and explodes in wild ripples and spasms that make you very, very happy. The aftershocks are especially delightful. Then you can do it again. Of course, this is one female's take on it. I like it and do it as much as I can.
