We must be the only country in the world that builds a 6-odd lane motorway and then spend most of our time trying to avoid it! 10 to 13 is bad news (in the rush hour) and for this bit there is no easy way around. Allow 45 minutes, if you have not done it in that time you won't do it in 1 and a half hours. You may be lucky, but one prang, one incident and that's it.
