I went to high school with a girl whose name was Tarantula.
And my son goes to school with two children from the same family whose names are LaDoctor and LaNursa.
Oh and I was in college with a guy whose last name was Kraphol. He claimed it was pronounced like Craypole, but none of us pronounced it that way.

I worked with traffic tickets for 20 years and saw some pretty bad names. I think the worst was a Chinese man and I am not joking- his name was Fook Yu. He made a court date and we had such a laugh on hearing our magistrate call his name. Then there was Richard Head...that is another story .

Those are horrible! I knew a girl named Tushi. I think it was a tribal name or something. We just thought she sounded like a butt. I think Dick Buttkiss (or however you actually spell his name, lol) is the worst name, but I'M not going to tell him that.
