put your finger on the outer corner of your eye and close that eye, pull the skin taught, and it will be so much easier for you.

I have small eyes and I use eyeliner too so I can relate.. I would suggest you use a wax eyeliner like Rimmel.. it makes it alot easier to get on the top and bottom and plus it's has more protection against water than regular eyeliners! Hope I helped :-)

I think the key is to have a sharp eye pencil. Next, try to keep the line as close to your eyelashes as possible. Instead of making the line in one sweeping gesture, I do my in sections. As for the size of your eyes, I couldn't say. But my best friend does eyes that are shaped differently from most people, and she gently pulls down on her top eyelid to create a more even surface. Hope at least some of this helps.

close 1 eye and with your index finger pull at the end of your eye (so it looks longer that it really is) then apply the eyeliner as close to your eye lashes as possible. hope this works for u cuz it does 4 me! aslo it for me its better with the eyeliner in the tubes and not the kind with wood, liquid eyeliner is great for the top too!

Have you tried liquid eyeliner for the top? I use pencil on the bottom and liquid on the top.

grab the outside corners of your eye and stretch it so that you have a it completly stretched to where it is almost closed now with the other hand apply your liner. I think this should help.It should help stop your eye from blinking which is probably the reason you can get the liner on.

No. Try a powder eyeliner that you can apply with a brush. I like the aloette kind. Go to aloette.com If you like it defined you can simply wet the brush with water. If you like the smoky look use it without.

It depends what kind of eyeliner you are using, I use a pencil on the bottom and creme on top, creme is easier to apply to the top, I apply it right behind my lashes on my lid.

you can do it. i have small eyes and it's hard for me to put it on the top. are you talking about putting on top outside your eye, if so take one finger and pull down the corner of your eye and try it. if you want to put it on the inside of your eye take your finger and slide up your eyelid and try it. don't worry if your mouth stays open when you do this b/c almost every bodies mouth will open up when putting eyeliner on. good luck

the best way to do it is pull the corner of ur eye towards ur ear..and then u have a smoother surface and then just start on the inner corner and work out...it easier if u use short strokes than one straight line...hope this helps

I don't know, I usually just do the bottom. Try using the eye liner, and don't worry if you screw up- just use a que-tip with eye liner remover on it, then you can make it precise.
