Emailing some companies to stop sending you spam is a mistake because by doing that, you are telling them that that address is active. They will proceed to flood your inbox with more spam. Just open up another user email account and then be more careful about who you give your new email address to.

go to the website and look under support. There should be a way to opt out of emails. They also may have a frequently asked questions FAQ, that will tell you how to do it. If they don't have a way listed, then use their "contact us" to send them an email requesting instructions on how to do so.

Also before trying the website contact, when you receive the email, depending on you service, list it as spam or junk mail. Usually this doesn't work, but it may.

Hope this helps.

There should be a link on the website to stop receiving emails from them. If you tell them to stop via that link (or email) and they continue, that would be considered spamming and you have legal recourse at that point.

hmm email them to stop, or at the end of the email should be a link to stop geting these emails, or u would need to setup a filter on your mail, to sent these emails right into your trash folder.

Did you give them permission to send you email? You can use your email filter to mark them as spam. I don't ever un-subscribe, because then they know they have a working email address. Good luck.
