Yoga is the best way to reduce weight join any yoga classes for 3 months and practice yoga morning and evening everyday and try and maintain a good balance diet , and drink or eat any thing only after 1 1/2 or 2 hours after doing yoga . And drink at least 3litres of water each day (after 2 hours of doing yoga)

Hey teddy kutty,
don't b always under stress or upset.and also don't try 2 control ur diet.if u'l control ur diet then u may feel very weak.don't do over exerises.jst take healthy food like green veg.,fruits,salad.first u'v 2 recovery urself.don't take any other sugestion blindly.u shud 2 consult ur DOC.4 ur health.dat u kno

its very simple baby,eat more raw vegetables,avoid oily dishes,avoid potatoes and which grown under the earth(not onion),do leg execise daily like cycling,massaging ur thighs after ur execise atleast 10 mins(press deeply) it brings out ur waste water thr sweeting.try this 45 days.ur thighs become slim and sexy.best wishes

balance ur diet.
eat whole grain cereal in the morning with skim milk,
lunch eat something healthy thats not smothered in fat,
and same with dinner.
snacks should be fruits that u love.
dont forse urself to eat fruits u dont like.
exersise, and play sports alot.
it works for me

There are lot of things that you have to do if you are seious abt it, easy though....
1..........Drink lot of water or fruit juice.
2..........Use sugar free instead of Sugar.
3. ........All the diets thats usually been followed.
* vegies, salads, no fried items or sweets, more of fruits...and so on.
4.........most imp. start yoga or gym(compulsory- with proper coach)
5..........sweat it out. the more you let it go naturally, the better it is for your health.
