You're driving down the freeway in the city and then all of a sudden the bad salmon you had at lunch starts rearing it's ugly head.....there is no off ramps for a few kilometres.....you do all you can just to keep driving straight......and everyone that passes you is looking at you kinda funny.......what do you do in this situation????????

No. Don't have any kilometers around here. But I did have a bad Subway sub and something similar happened for about 10-15 miles. We do, however, have 2-liter bottles of soda.

We were driving through the mountains on a one-lane highway when the smoothie reared it's ugly head. We had to just deal with it until we could find a place to pull over. It was miserable. I was the passenger and was terrified that we were gonna wreck. He had sweat pouring down his face and was absolutely miserable. It was a very dangerous road, very bumpy, very crowded, no guard rail. on one side was the mountain wall on the other was a giant drop off. Talk about scared!!!

Or even worse, you're absolutely feeling sick to your stomach with diarrhea too, and your driving on a highway and suddenly there is road construction and you're stuck in traffic... completely trapped in your car!
