i am currently working on a resume...for a marketing class assignment...and my teacher gave the class a website to use that has templates that are very professional and easy to understand...

here is the website:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT063470421033.aspx

just click on each one and see which one suits what your looking for...i used the one under situation-specific resumes...and i picked High School Graduate with work experience....and if you haven't had a job yet you can do the one with volunteer experience...and so on...

hope this helped!

I would suggest you take some professional help (for FREE) from MS word which has inbuilt resume templates for making your resume.

You can also follow the step-by-step instruction to make your free resume, using the resume builder provided with MS office.

Resume styles differ according to profession, and sources of sample resumes are available in my profile, check them out, all the best :)

ON THE TOP HAVE YOUR NAME (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST), ADDRESS, CONTACT INFO (PHONE # OR FAX). WRITE A STATEMENT SOMETHING LIKE I AM A HARD WORKER LOOKING FOR ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES. THEN THIS IS THE WAY I DO IT. JOBS AT LEAST THE LAST THREE, WRITE WHAT YOU DID IN EACH JOB AND HOW LONG YOU WERE THERE. NEXT EDUCATION, JUST PUT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, WHAT YOU DID (CLUBS, UNIVERSITY PATH), AND HOW LONG. BOTTOM ANY SPECIAL SKILLS: TYPING, COMPUTER, ETC. MICROSOFT WORDS USUALLY HAS A TEMPLATE OF SOME SORT YOU CAN GO BY.
