my friends sister is annoying and i told my sister about her and my sister went under my name on myspace and sent her a message threating her to beat her up and since it was my name the mom assumed that was me and she told me that i am no longer allowed to talk to my best friend or her daughter or she will call the police and she told me that she printed out that message and she will show it to the police if i ever talk to her or my friend again

Don't do anything let your parents know about it that it was all a misunderstanding. Your parents should get your sister to apologized to your friends mum. This has nothing to do with you and you shouldn't feel threaten by your friends mum.
You don't have to worry about the police, they can't do anything to you, even if the message is shown to them. Your friends mum is blowing this out of proportion. The police have solid prove to put you in jail.
Continue your friendship if that is what both of you want.

Get your sister, with help from your mum if necessary, to write to thi swoman and explain the situation. Then give your sister a good smack. Try to password any computer access you have in future.

talk to youe mom about it your sister could get in a lawsuit for it if you tell and if you dont you'll loose your bff and your sister might do it again or something worse

you're out of luck. if you try to explain the situation, then she wont believe you. I went through something similar and now the only time I see my friend is at school... we dont even talk anymore.
